CHOCOLATE MOUSSE!!!!
Ok chocolate mousse is one of the best sweets out there! But making it can be a little tricky. This recipe will give you the opportunity to make a total of 6 chocolate mousse glasses (use short and open glasses).

Time:
Mixture Preperation: 15 min
Mousse: At least 2 hours refrigeration - Overnight even better
Ingredients:
- 2 teaspoons Black Rum
- 2 teaspoons Honey
- 1/4 cup White Sugar
- 125 gr dark Chocolate (for pastries)
- 1 1/2 cups cream
- 2 eggs
- In a small saucepan melt 2 teaspoons of Rum with 2 teaspoons of Honey and 1/4 of a cup Sugar stir until melted. Keep this pan aside.
- In a new small pan melt 125 gr. chocolate under low in a pan that has been placed over another pan with water. Add 3 teaspoons cream and mix until unified.
- Add the mixture of Rum, Honey and Sugar to the Chocolate and mix. Put aside.
- Beat two egg whites (not the yellow core only the yoke) until frothy (beat stiff)
- Beat seperately 1 cup cream until until frothy/thick.
- Blend in a new bowl the 2 mixtures with the chocolate mix and fold until uniform(gentle floping of mixture).
- Pour in 6 glasses and leave for at least 2 hours in refrigerator.
